Just got car back....clutch/idle questions

I just got my car back from having an exedy organic clutch installed. i got the PP and the Disc installed that i got from Clutch City Online. Anyways, when i press the pedal its almost like there is no pressure on it. i stopped at my girlfriend's house and checked the fluid and it looked kinda empty. i filled it back up, pumped the pedal, and still the same. i think there still may be some fluid in the line somewhere. is this "normal" or should i bleed the clutch again?

second, the idle jumps in between 100 and 1000 rpm and shakes, but didnt do this before. i could be because its cold, but ill keep an eye on it. any suggestions?

My clutch was engaging/disengaging a couple inches from the floor after I finished the swap, bled the clutch same thing. Drove it around for a couple of days and it has returned to normal now....
