Just a couple of questions

I bought my car a little over 2 weeks ago. It's a 1992 Si (2.3L DOHC) w/4WS. Since for performance i have added a APC Intimidator Short Ram intake and a RaActive muffler. One of my first questions is can you get a HP increase by removing the stock pre-silencer, adding a Y-pipe and making it a dual exhaust and second does anyone know where i can get a street performance clutch kit for under 275? And does getting a performance clutch drop your 60ft. and quarter-mile times?

go to www.2kracing.com for the clutch. the extra one or two horses you get from putting on a dual exhaust will be offset by the added weight in piping and muffler. the performance clutch will only increase your acceleration if your stock clutch isn't grabbing right after you release, an aftermarket clutch may actually slow you down because of the increased pedal pressure.

no point for a dual exhaust...just like pr4s said...you just need a the whole cat-back system to see some decent gain from an exhaust....dual exhaust are mainly for looks....unless the car came in stock like the s2000...

and adding a y pipe dosnt make it a true dual exhasut get catback and stay import, dual exhasuts are for mustangs and big heavy slow cars like that. please dont go cheap on ur mods i can see u already have a apc inatke (wheres the apc=crap pic) and a ractive muffler. if i was u get custom MANDREL bent pipe dont get crushed pipe it will run ya a penny or two but it's worth it. clutch is good if u need one dont replace ur stock clutch unless it's not grabbing
