ive seen that posted more than once and i think the conclusion was "no" or "why"

if you want it, get it. else, you could get some film and cut "prelude" out of it...

Was there ever a conclusion reached weeather or not that is real JDM or if someone just puts the sticker on them and calls it JDM.

Just becuase yours didn't have it doesn't mean all of them didn't have it.

I'm not saying one way or the other, I don't know. And it seams you'd only really notice it if was lit up or you had bright light shining on it.

Not trying to rip on you or anything I just remember from past threads hearing both ways. Sooo, the consensus is that it is NOT JDM, right?

Edit: And for the record I responded that way because you made it sound like, since yours doesn't have it, it's not JDM. I wasn't trying to offend you. I've got no problems with you and have a lot of respect for what you've done with your car.

They are NOT worth it, trust me. Its a USDM brake light w/ a "PRELUDE" logo glued on top. I should know. I purchased two of them..

It's not exactly a USDM brake light with just a logo on top. It's got the whole layer thing going on... the red reflector, doublesided tape/glue, paper w/ the logo, tinted plastic on top. Either way, you never see the "Prelude" shine through it. All of the light is blocked off by the tape/glue. Think of it as a block-off plate for the light. I've got one of them sitting in a box.
