Hey everybody,
This is my first post and I thought I should share this with you guys. I apologize if you guys have already seen this stuff. <Automatic headlight sensor <Automatic wipers(note sensor at the base) <Gathers CD player <Cornering light(doesn't blink. stays on constant when turn signal is activated to help illuminate road) <Front/Rear Corner sensors <Keyless entry(Just swipe master key w/ embedded microchip across sensor) <Infamous "Pole" <Power seats <Rear seat storage bin <Optional shift knob/boot <Trunk liner <TV
cool. i wonder what all was available for the 5th gens? it is amazing the stuff that was available back then and just recently american cars started having some of these things.
That TV is for real? I never thought they came with it from factory! Imagine having a brand new Prelude back then with EVERY option..........you would so have been the man!
What's really cool about that keyless system is that I dont think there is a battery, just a capacitor in the key head that is "recharged" when the key is put in the ignition.
My apologies. You guys are right, there is a button on the master key for the keyless entry.
Imagine putting that TV in a USDM car. You'd shift the speedometer and tach to the passenger side. Probably be a distraction to drive, but you can watch the game while parked. Maybe even put GPS in it.
its funny cause you rarely see these items floating around ebay......or maybe i just miss them........i wish you could order these w/o huge dealer markup or jdm markup

I'd bet not many people got the storage bins and rain sensing wipers and stuff like that . . . I mean, when you consider how rare some of the standard JDM parts are, its not too suprising these bits are uber-rare.
