Since there are the silver (chrome) and black style, which one came on which model. What I'm trying to find out is what cars came with only black housing or silver etc.

depends on the application i think, like the JUN looks great w/ the silver ones, and white cars look great w/ those lights,, i think my car would look better w/ black housings, or silver.. its taste preference i think..

Black housing in 99% of the cases. Look at 2nd gen eclipses sometime. Thier black housing headlights look way better than the chrome ones.

i agree its all in preferance...i personally like the black look...it looks more evil....the silver does however look clean and ive seen many ludes that look tight with them...i jus like the black look cuz most of the great japanese cars have the black look (ie..skyline, supa, silvia...ect)
