JDM mirrors = different adjustment range?

I finally got my JDM power folding mirrors installed today, but I was a bit disappointed with the adjustment range of the mirrors. The passenger side is ok, but the driver's side mirror doesn't adjust far enough to the left, so I had to manually push it out a bit more to get it where I wanted.

Anybody else notice this?

yup, but i just i got used to it...the angles of the housing are set in par w/ RHD. I've always had the little blindspot round mirrors attached to the glass, so my visibility is not impaired in any way

DAmn!!- i guess i'm no longer the only luder in Miami with folding mirrors

hmm... So what is actually different in the JDM mirrors? Maybe I can add washers or something to the adjustment motor to get the mirrors where I want them

^^ have you installed the USDM mirror (the actuall reflective piece) into the JDM mirror housing? I always thought it wasn't the adjustability range but rather the the mirrors themselves, but I haven't switched mine out yet.

yea, I put the USDM mirror pieces in.

I'll try swapping the adjustment motors someday when I'm bored
