JDM lighting problems

I got the high and low beams working but.....
the low beam are very weak. Is it just the actual JDM light that is weak? Did anyone else have this problem?

No the actual light coming from the housing is weak. I can change where it is aimed to. I don't see how the wiring would change it. The low beams are weak and the high beams work fine.

Is the light when it's shining on something like the road weak or does it look weak when looking at the housing?

It's normal to look like it's dim when looking at the lense when it's on but it should bright when looking at the road like normal headlights.

What bulb are you using?

I noticed the reflection from the black housing Prelude headlight was dim as well when I had it put on.

That's why I went with HIDs.

That is essentially my question. I guess I can go try some new ones. I still have the ones in that came with the lights so they are JDM bulbs I guess. I was wondering if they were weaker of something.
