JDM Lens

I've been trying to find OEM corner lens' for my 1994 lude and all I can find are the clear or amber lights. I want an oem look, and I don't especially like the rice look. Anyone have any experience with these? I think my only choice is to get one of these and I'm thinking to get the amber corner lens from one of the sites but will it match the jdm bumper lens color?? It seems like the euro amber corner lens' have a slightly darker orange tint than the original jdm color. Anyone have any suggestions?

You're talking about the corner lights next to the headlights correct? Did you damage your stocks? OEM are a little harder to find. You can search on ebay, classifieds, or buy brand new ones from honda which will probably cost you a lot. Personally I don't like the euro clears/ambers at all. I'd just save up for some jdm 1 piece headlights.

^^yeah, what he said! I bought a pair of the euro clear lenses and put some amber leds in them. They actually looked really good and matched the stock pretty well. But after a month they started to get condensation in them.

Eventually I just bought a pair of JDM headlights retrofitted some Valeo projectors in them FTW!

Thanks for the input guys. Yeah, I'm talking about the ones right next to the headlights. They're both cracked to the point where water gets in them pretty easily...which would explain why both of the bulbs don't work.

I looked at the one piece jdm headlights...and I guess it'll take some time to save up for those. I also looked at the installation for the one piece jdm headlights...but can anyone rate the difficulty in installing those?

P.S. I hate the euro lenses too, I bought the euro bumper lenses and they went to **** after an year. BAH!!!

I just got my JDM's but it may be a month or so before I get them installed, so if you want my stock corners you I'd give 'em to you for like, say $10 shipped? NEways let me know, and I'll tell ya when I get them out.

and on the scale of oil change is 1, engine swap is 10.

changing out the headlights is like a 2. R&R is always easy. you basically take off the bumper. take off the front support. take off old headlights. put on the new headlights, and splice in new connnectors.

from what i remember on the usdm corners, seems like they are attached to the regular part of the headlight. so i think in order to get those out, you might have to take the whole headlight out. so you are doing almost the same amount of work.

To take out the corners you don't have to remove the headlight. The corners have 1 screw on the top holding them in and a little snap connector. The snap connector is the hardest thing to deal with when taking the corner out. They're held in so tight you get scared you might break them or damage your fender paint in the process.
