JDM Headlights with yellowing..

I just purchased some JDM headlights with slight yellowing at the top of the lights. Couldn't pass on the price. However the rest of the lights are in perfect condition. I searched and was reading posts where people restored their headlights with wetsanding and polishing, so that's what I'm going to do. However I would like to RE-SEAL the light with a protective UV clear coat. Does anybody know of a good brand to use? I have a compressor and paint gun so it's not going to be a "rattle-can" job.........here are a couple pics of the lights.
