JDM Headlight Turn Signals

Hey, I was wondering if its possible to wire the parking lights on JDM headlights to function as turn signals, just like you can with the USDM lights? I know you could if the parking light harness is the same as the one for USDMs, and I did search this question before I decided to post.

It's not that dumb...it's one of those things you can't visualize unless you're standing in front of the car.
