JDM Headlight owners...question about mounts

Ok guys... i got a question... i just got JDM headlights like a few months ago... still havn't put them in.. but a couple days ago i was showing my dad them...and i realized that to mounting tabs were broken on 1 of the headlights. think they would still mount? or should i and turn them and see if the guy had another pair?
also what do the tabs do?

no, send them back! Get a refund or a new set ebcause that one ehadlight won't mount correctly at all! There's no upper bolts that will hold it, and it won't be aligned right, fit or look good.
