hey i was wondering about the clear coat on the JDM headlights. ive seen someone Ebay and they were starting to peel. does anyone know if its possible to fix that. maybe have it re-clear coated? anybody know?
Just put the 3m Stoneguard over your headlights. think of it as tinting your windows.. the 3m stoneguard over the lights is even a bit thicker to protect against rocks. nice addition. If u wanna see who did 'em search for member "Ken" on hp.com
the clearcoat on my jdm's were beginning to chip on the top, its not in a visable spot. but i just used some of my girlfriend's clear finger nail polish. i wouldnt suggest trying it over a large area. but i just had a small spot. worked pretty good.
anyone else have info on this. i found a set and he said the peeling is very very mild...i dont want it to get worse. so before i buy em i wanna know if i can fix it. thanks

Just from some place in Toronto...the guy imports JDM engines and they started throwing these in. They just need a buff job on a couple scuffs and they're good to go. I think he just started getting them so he doesn't know what they're worth. Plus half of them are sh!t and I wouldn't pay $50 for them..I just went in and picked the best of the crop.
I got one for cheapest!! i paid 100 bux..some shop in my town deals with car that were wrecked in japan..they bring whole front ends and swap motors and stuffs...they had 94 JDM prelude front end..I just took set of lights even though they were cracked and stuff..but i simply bought silicon and sealed it real good..everything is perfect till now since last year!!!
JDM headlights will look better with HID(H4 conversion)
If you can get me some complete cracked ones for DIRT cheap i would be intrested in taking the insides of the the REAL jdms and then putting that inside a set of USDM headlights...
