JDM H22A Quick Vtec Wiring Question

I remember reading somewhere that the 1993 Si and Vtec Harnesses were the same except that the Si did not run vtec wires to the solenoid. Are these wires capped off on the firewall?

I have found the green/yellow vtec solenoid wire right next to the passenger side strut tower. And I also know to ground the black wire off of the oil pressure switch. Where is the signal wire for the vtec oil pressure switch? I believe it is light blue?

Thanks for your help,
Desperately seeking vtec

Motor is running great...just lacks vtec.

Hey,

If you have the grn/yel wire you should have the lt blue as well. It is in one of the main engine harness plugs. Look at the underhood fusebox from the passenger side of the car. Now look toward the drivers side a bit until you see the first grey plug. On the firewall side of it you will see a lt blue wire going into the plug but no wire comming out the other side. That is the Oil pressure sensor wire.

Other than that it sounds like you have the rest of the wiring correct. Good luck,
