jdm h22 swap

swapped my h23 for a jdm h22. the jdm had a spark plug not even listed in the service manual. does anyone know what code plug to use and what the gap should be? also how about valve tolerances for adjustment? last question, how about a contact who knows jdm engine specs?

Isnt the head the same from JDM and usdm? I have been using USDM specs for the head.
