JDM fogs on lude mean car is VTEC?

I saw an old lady driving a VERY nice white lude today (completely stock). I noticed her car had the JDM fogs on it. Does this mean that the car is VTEC? Also, I know for a fact that it's auto.

If it's white, it's not VTEC unless it's got a swap. Were they yellow lens fog lights? If they were white, they're just USDM OEM lights.

Wow white didnt come in VTEC? Yes, it's left-hand drive. They must be the white USDM ones then. I didn't know they made USDM ones. Did they come in the fully loaded ludes or what? How come mine didn't come with them?

They were an option, most people didn't fork over the 300 bucks or however much they cost when they bought the car.
