JDM Engine Depot SUCKS! Don't let this happen to you!

Ok so here's whats going on... I bought an H23a3 for my 96 prelude and know i have to change out some stuff... I paid $699 for the motor and $200 in shipping. I would assume paying $900 for all of this I would get a decent running motor. Anyways i got my motor in last week and started moving it and as soon as i started to pick it up off the pallet with my engine lift the back coolant hose (that runs behind the intake) started leaking out milky oil with antifreeze. I call JDM Engine depot up the next day and told them about this issue. They proceeded to tell me that it was from the engine being moved around while pullin the transmission off and to install the engine into the car and make sure all the fluids are full. Ok so by this point I'm concerned and need to figure out if its just me or what the deal is. I got the engine up on the engine stand and proceeded to pull off the valve cover. Underneith the valve cover there was a milky substance. I pulled the oil drain plug and it came out a milky substance. I took off the exhaust manifold and in Cylinder number 2 it was just caked with sludge/oil and coolant. The other 3 cylinders looked just fine. I took pictures of everything and emailed them for an explaination and a new motor being sent to me. I didn't hear anything from them this morning so I called them and told them what I had found. They then again proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with the motor. That its probably from the engine being pressure washed and being moved around. They told me they would get with their boss and contact me with in an hour... Ok so 5 hours have gone by and no answer from them. I called them back and they proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with the engine. I said how they hell would coolant get into the oil if there was nothing wrong with the car. Apparently now they said that its from maybe the valves being open and the engine being moved around. If that were the case then all 4 cylinders should have covered. There is definately something wrong with the motor and i REFUSE to install this into my vehicle. They are saying they received the pictures but need a work order from an ASE certified technician saying whats wrong with the motor. They then said i needed to install the motor and they would cover it under the "start up" warranty. You have to understand that I am very frustrated with this and started to get irritated with them. According to their warranty it states that the engine needs to be installed by an ASE certified technician but does not say anything about the parts such as oil pump, timing belts, and oil flush being done by an ASE tech. The following is the copy of their warranty and pictures of my motor. I dunno what to do and i'm becoming very angry. I just want my car running and want a decent running engine! Let me know what options i have or your opinion. Otherwise if someone is ASE certified that would be willing to look at the motor for me and write me an RO just to get a new motor.

JDM Engine Depot provides its customers with used imported Japanese engines with low mileage. External parts of the engines such as belts, hoses, seals, gaskets, and plastic covers are sometimes damaged during shipping and can be replaced by the customer’s mechanic using parts from the designated vehicle. Cosmetic damage such as scratches on valve cover are normal on used engines and does not reflect upon performance of said engine. In addition, replaceable parts such as sensors, down pipes, and air intake boxes may be missing if they are broken or damaged. JDM Engine Depot is not responsible for these parts as the warranty only covers internal parts, which would prevent the engine from starting.

I assume you paid with a credit card? Call and cancel the transaction. Buying with a credit card has saved others I do know.

This is why if I was to buy online I would only buy from Hmotors.

I went to a local jdm engine shop to buy the engine so you can check compression etc right then and there.
