this JDM thing is a sickness, and I fear there's no cure. I found these on eBay and couldn't resist ... when that's NOT the case with a JDM part, I have no idea lol.
Window visors:
now I haven't even gone out to my car to figure out how they mount on, but I'm guessing something's missing from the bracket being that there's a screw hole in each of these clips, but no screw. Anyone have any idea how they mount up? It's a shame there's no hondaautomotiveparts.com sister site in Japan
also, they're pretty dirty and somewhat clouded, think plastic poilish will help clear them up? They look to be the same kind of plastic used to make the sunroof visor, so if anyone has any tips, I'm all ears.
lol man, i've been looking for a set of these for ages, still, I can't believe how much of a whore i can be about this stuff. My friends all laugh at me when i say "but wait, these will actually be FUNCTIONAL!" because i'm a "windows down" kinda driver.

Listen man, I don't have the biggest pointing finger when it comes to laughing at rice, in fact, I prefer to make fun of barley (american cars like cavaliers with big wings and glowing washer nozzles), but that's another topic altogether. I'll be the first to admit that I'm spending a little too much money on JDM stuff, but whoa, I'm not about to buy a bumper pole, there IS a line, and I don't believe I've crossed it yet. Why buy the visors? Looks actually come second here, I hate driving with my windows up, even when it's drizzling outside or when I'm on the highway, so this way I can reduce the noise level from wind but still get some fresh air flowing. It just so happened that I found these, which are OEM (yes, before JDM, they are made by Honda, where? Doesn't matter, JDM Preludes just happen to be the only ones that this accessory was offered for), so it's an added bonus to know they'll fit perfect, instead of something aftermarket which might not (such as my DC header, or AEM intake which clanks against the edge of the hole just big enough for the pipe to pass through). So, calm down, take a deep breathe, and meditate a little ... orrr, try a JDM pose
heh I didnt mean to sound pissed off and I am not saying that part is stupid. I meant the whole JDM thing in general. I dont care if my parts are USDM or JDM as long as they work for me. Sorry I was thinking more about one thread I saw it was like a bright orange silvia I think and it had a huge orange painted carbon fiber wing, stickers all over, etc..... you know something people would normally call ricey around here but because it was parts like bride, tein all that it was suddenly hot.
