JDM Concepts?

Anyone have a take on this company? My buddy, Tim, had his B16 installed from them, and he raved about him. I was told that JDM Concepts can get front clips rather cheap, and they charge about $500 for the H22 install. I also get to keep my H23. I am looking at every option before I install the H22. Any help from you guys would be appreciated.

In vegas, to install a swap cost about $500 bucks, at least it did for me. I see it range from 400-500. And I don't see why you can't keep your h23? It is yours to keep unless they charge you a core but I have yet to see a place sell JDM motors and ask for a core in return.

damn, in AL i had to pay ~$1300 for install and everything else (not including the motor), but they did replace everything on the motor, basically did a tune up so it was like brand new. I hated spending that much (or hated for my dad to spend that much). I want a h22 so bad, but i think ill just be fine right now with the f22b. sorry for whoring the thread. but $500 IMHO is not bad at all for a motor swap. this place i called wanted $850 for a clutch - the sad thing is that people will pay that, i got my clutch done for $480 total, ($360 labor $120 parts)

Re: JdmConcepts

Its a damn good shop. Ive gotten all my work done their and so has my brother. Located in Vista correct? yup, i know the owner rather well, his name is Gabriel. it is definitely the best shop in san diego, best prices, best work, and i can vouch for him and so can hundreds of others. You wont be dissapointed.

just to give you a taste of his work, on my brothers b20vtec (integra, DC2) on a stock b20 bottom end, he was able to extract 207whp.(he has the dyno to prove on cheap 91 CA gas)
He is also doing the jdm conversion(all metal) on his dc2.
I buy all my stuff exclusively their for a reason, you just cant beat his prices.

JDMConcepts

the link has more on it but his website isnt fully functional.

Thanks for the input. I am going to call Gabriel tomorrow. I love my buddys at SPD Racing, but they have grown to high in price.

Vista is located by Oceanside right off the 78
