So, what is needed to have a complete working jdm climate control. Also, who has accomplished doing this conversion.

I just completed mine about a month ago. For the parts and complete write ups look in the faqs.

Quick list of parts

Controll Unit
Mix control Motor
Interior temp sensor
Exterior temp sensor
sunlight sensor (optional)
heater valve and solenoid (optional)
blower resistor
blower relay

its not really too hard if you don't mind a bunch of cutting and resoldering wires and pulling a alot of your car apart.
