Took me about 4-5 hours to put it together. And it makes the engine feel like its a 6 cylinder, like how it revs and the transition into power is smooth. If there was no whine you wouldnt notice it was there.

No FI doesnt bother vtec. I had mine set so as soon as i saw boost or 4500 which ever come first, it engaged.

Hey Qveon thanks for your help, you have been very reliable and helpfull dude appreciate it same with everybody else.. What was the process like with instaling the jackson racing, alot of people have told me a handfull of ludes have the SC because of the fact that the jackson racing supercharger was particularly designed for the 5th generations honda preludes... How did you install it inside 2 .. thanks for your help man

Wut? I took bolts off, old parts off, new parts on put bolts back in. Not like i had to fabricate anything. Install what inside? I use crome so it takes the place of the stock ECU. no wiring changes.

rayslude how did your car feel out of boost? lets say in the 2-3.5k range. and at what rpm did you reach full boost? Sorry to steer away from the main topic, I just wanted to know how the H22 felt with 9:1 cr.

qveon how did u fit the jrsc in the 4th gen lude though, does it actually fit.. i thoguht ti was specificially designed for 5th gen ludes... its it possible if u can give me a run down in what i have 2 do 2 install it and how much horse power did u gain??? btw has any one heard of the jun autos prelude ?

There's a guy in my class that had a 5th gen with a JRSC.
A couple of months ago, he acquired a very well built 4th gen, took off the jrsc, and put it on the 4th gen..
I don't know what all was involved, but it was a tight fit, but nothing too severe.. I'm interested in hearing the answer myself as I am thinking about either boosting or SCing.
