Issues to look for with a 92 prelude S?

I am looking at a used 1992 Honda prelude S that is for sale. Are there any common issues with this car or engine that I should know about or look out for? The car is in good condition, has a 5 speed. The only issue is the guy says it probably needs the timing belt replaced.

Check for rust around the fender wells very closely, water in the spare tire well, trans grinding into any gear especially 3rd and 5th, ...mainly the common stuff for any car that you are looking at purchasing. What is the maintenance history? got any pics?

Timing belt and water pump. Manual tensioner so that is a plus. Check AC, think it's the old r12. Make sure the ABS is in good shape. . .ask about oil consumption. Beware of the long gears on the tranny.
