Intake runner diaphram mod

I disconnected the vacuum line to my secondary intake runner today. I dont think I felt a differance on my drive home.

How many of you have done this mod? Did ya feel it? Gas mileage effects?

I have the mod done. I feel a little more power from 3500-4800.

Makes no difference at high rpm's because all 8 intake runners are open at anything above 4800 rpm.
