Is the Intake Rubber sleeve the one that connects to the trottle?

Someone is currently hooking me up with an intake and it should be coming in tomorrow. But the thing is, it's only missing the rubber sleeve. I currently have NO clue what that is. I've been told it's the rubber thing that connects it from the intake to the trottle. If it is, is there a name for it and what SIZE am I suppose to get? The intake is a DC Sport intake. Damn, I don't want to have an intake sitting around in my house.

its what connects the actual pipe to the throttle body. i dont know the size, but i believe the stock TB size is 60mm so u will need something around 62mm on the TB end and maybe 80mm on the intake side

blue things on the intake in this picture are what it looks like:

Alright, that's cool!

All I need to know now is the size, so if anyone can help, please do so.

If not, I'll probably go for the 60mm one or something.
