installing new brake pads....?'s

When you put new brake pads on the car.....do you screw in the cylinder or push it in? (my 300ZX brakes screw in)

The rears screw....I found that out the hard way. the fronts push in.

are you going to just install new pads?


I used a flat tip paint scraper that was pretty thick. The rear calipers have a cross pattern that you can stick something into to get it turning. Mine turned relatively easy. You just want to be sure you don't rip the rubber boot.
