I have a 95 Si and Im planing on installing a maplight to suppliment the dome lighting. Im sorry to say that the helms is a little weak in this department and I have searched. But my question is this: When I pull down the roof lining will I find everything already prewired with the 4P connector and also the two holes to screw the maplight housing into? And how large of a hole will I have to cut into the headliner or will I have to simply cut two small holes for the screws?

I haven't looked in the Helms yet, but I'm assuming that all you need are holes for the screws and what wires you'll need to connect. What kind of map light are you using? I've been trying to find one from a 7th gen Civic, but they're hard to come by.

Im thinking simply a 4th gen vtec maplight. I think the bolt holes may already be there...Im not so sure about a wireharness. I may just splice the wires in from our interior domelight. I don't see why that wouldnt work.
