How hard is it to install cams on one of ours h22's

I installed my crower stage 2's myself but I had already taken the cylinder head off to check my valves. So on the rebuild I put them in. To just put in the cams is not that hard if you have a Helms but you will have to deal with the timing belt. I mean you have to keep everything TDC. Its like changing your T-belt if you have done that you can do the cams. If not, better take it to a pro.

You're probably going to be changing the springs and retainers also right? Then it would be good to check the valve spring height. Also any clearance issue with the rockers and the retainers. Dont just drop in the cam and expect it to work!
