install pullies while having timing belt changed??

i am currently looking for a place to do my timing belt, water pump, etc.. changed, but i was also looking to purchase AEM accessory pullies and was wondering if i should just have whoever does my timing belt do it at the same time since that is the area of the pullies? I currently have intake and exhaust.

should i buy a header first? I don't really wanna lose low end power when buying an aftermarket header, but i suppose the benefit on the top end would be worth it...

get pulleys and do it all at once. get cam gears to so while your timing belt is off they can slip those on.
