install body kit help please!!!

I have a BW rear bumper for my 92 prelude. It's like a half inch wider. So I don't know what to do? Maybe cut the middle and put it back together. But I'm afraid it'll mess up. Can any of you guys give some ideas, thanks much!

i'd go to a body shop. let the experts work their magic. fg kits can be very tricky to mount and very often need modifications

Where did you get it? Doesn't sound right to me. I would take it back and get one that fits.

Care to explain a little more on this.

Where is it wider? At the corners under the tails?

I know the edges at the wheel wells were too wide on my kit, but a little careful force and I managed to get them to line up. Once the kit's on the car for a few days, the fiberglass will form to the car better.

does it have the "ground design 2000" imprinted on the grill space inbetween the exaust outlets??? cause if you do then its an actual BW rear bumper, if not then you got ripped!!!!

just start sanding

I bought a front combat front from Ebay and it was cracked and all
I got it for $50, so I bought bondo and fiberglass resin and now it looks good. I just need to prime ,fit and paint.

I would fit it, anything that doesn't look or fit right just sand or fill what ever you need. You can do this!!

good luck
