indiglo guages??

What do u guys think about indiglo gauges for the 4th gen? . I know that it would look dumb just to have one big indiglo block over the steering wheel since the rest of the dash is all electronic too. But aren't there any gauges that you can get that just highlight the tachometer and speedometer and everyting else in that area withought having the whole area indiglo?

Dose anyone have any pics?

There is one on this page that show them but I would like to see a closer pic and also one at daytime if possible.

http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/93preludesi/prelude.html

It's the 2nd pic on that page.

Thanks.

Sean

Some people take the stock part and cut it to make the indiglo part only show where the tach and speedo are. Some one will probably post some pics of what it looks like. It looks a lot better IMO then the giant white block.

You mean like this?

4th Gen Neon gauge cluster conversion writeup

Isn't this different from the gauges in the pic i showed in my first post?

SO yeah i know that this is one option (replaceing the regular bulb with a neon one). What about buying the indiglo square and blacking out the square except for the gauges? Anyone have any pics of this? What would u say is the best method?

Oh yeah one more thing. It the first pic i showed you, on that link i posted of the silver 93 lude, what kind of indiglo's are those? Are they the kind that are a white square that look sh*tty in the daytime?

I'm confused. Help!

Sean

Hey man i fell in love with this one, IMO looks wayyyy better than the indiglo's (Big White Block). What year is ur lude, becus the elctroluminescent ones cant really be changed However the 92, and 93 models, can have many variations. I've heard of the "Reverse Indiglo" gauges Looks Nice

There was one picture of an electroluminescent gauge that looked Blue, and it was amazing, i'll try to find it and post a pic, i think some ppl concluded that it was the pictures fault that the gauges were blue, so im not sure

these gauges look better than that block one they have for sale, but I only got one complaint about it...everything else in the prelude is green especially the electronic gauges on the dash...it looks cool by itself, but I think it doesn't match with other colors in the lude...yeah i know I sound picky, but unless everything is made blue...i don't think its worth it.
