While washing his 93 lude, my 16-year old son decided to turn the steering wheel without the keys in the ignition. The steering wheel locked up and now the key wont turn at all in the ignition. Any suggestions?

Well after numerous unsuccessful tries of jiggling the steering wheel while turning the key, I decided to use the spare key (which is actually the factory original). Finally after a few more jiggles, the key turned. We, especially my son, thank you for the help.
