idling problem

When I turn the car on the idle is fine. However, it steadily drops from 1500(when cold) to about 500. The car has a slight vibration and the needle barely bonces off of the five hundred rpm mark. I had a new tw sensor put in but that didn't seem to help at all. What's wrong, help please!
ps: it is most noticable when it is hot outside(85-95 degrees)

idling response

Thanks for the welcome boostedh24. I have an aem cai but that is it. I have checked for vaccuum leaks and have found none. The guys over at kiwi motors said I need a new temperatuure-water sensor. Supposedly it reads the temp of the coolant and sends that info to the ecu to adjust the idle accordingly. Sound like bs? I don't know.

The rough idle is most noticable when hot and no it does not do it while I'm driving. I just don't get it.

yesterday when my car was idle, it would be at around 800rpm but then it would rev itself to 2k then when it goes back to 800, it revs to 2k..kept doing that till i gas'd and drove.
