Ok, well, I tried to post a scanned image of the idle adjustment page of my helms manual. Apparently it is not the correct format (I don't know what formats are acceptable) Anyway, I'll just describe the process:

1) disconnect the 2P connector from the IAC valve (It's just under the throttle cable by the TB. Do this after warming up the car and then turning it off.

2)Start the car with the accelerator slightly engaged and stabilize the car at 1000 rpm, then let it idle. Turn off all accessories, blower, etc...

3) Idle for H23, F22 and H22A- M/T 550 +- 50 rpm
A/T same

4) If the idle does need to be adjusted, turn the Idle adjusting screw (on the TB) to the necessary rpm

5) Turn the ignition off, and reconnect the IAC 2P connector

6) Disconnect the Clock radio fuse (10A) in the under hood box for 10 sec.

7) Restart and let run for a minute and check idle (700 +- 50 for all)

Good luck, hope that helps. If you want the Helms page, I can email it to you, just let me know.
