Idle problem

I have a 95 S and I have a problem with my car idling high and sometimes surging. When I first start my car cold it idles at 2 like it is suppose to and when I warms up it goes down to 800. Sometimes though when I first start it, it will serge between 2 and 1500. Once I start driving and come to a stop again it will sometimes idle at 1, but lately it has been idling at 1400. While I am stopped it will fluxuate between 1200 and 1400. I have looked at all of my hoses and it doesn’t appear or sound like I have a vacuum leak.

I have the same problem. I was told it could very likely be the Fast Idle Valve. So I ordered one, it should be in within a few days. I will let you guys know if it fixes my problem.
