Idle & Power Loss Issue

Hello everyone,

I seem to be having a weird issue. First here is the issue.
When start the car cold to warm up, It runs very rough it doesn't idle at the cold idle spec but at about 450rpms.

if I give it gas at this point it sputters like it wants to shut off but doesn't.

After it warms up it idles to spec for a little while but it drops to about 450rpms every 30 seconds or so.

I've swapped the following parts to know working or new parts.

1. EGR Valve
2. IAC Valve
3. FIT Valve
4. MAP sensor
5. Fuel Filter

I'm thinking this issue has something to do with the following
1. Fuel pressure regulator
2. An electrical issue
3. possibly the coolant level which I've checked and double checked.

Any takers. All the mechanics (10) that i've been to have said that they do not know what it is but they want to buy the car.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I believe I have this too...but I was thinking it had something to do with the timing or my exhaust leak which could be screwing with the O2 sensor...

maybe your spark plug wires?

found a guide on rough idle...looks pretty extensive.

thanks. I have an exhaust leak. The o2 was replaced, and timing set. Problem still persists. I also need to check the coolant level. that can cause a bad idle as well if the FITV is not getting what it needs.
