IAC and TB coolant bypass question(NOT the usual) - Honda Prelude Forum

Alright I did the bypass on the IAC valve and the TB thingy, but I have the rubber coolant lines on the housing reversed.. I am wondering if they are SUPPOSED to flow in a certain direction.. there werent any leaks and the hoses didnt seem pressurized or anything from being on backwards, and it doesnt appear that it has a certain flow or anything.. its just the hoses fit better that way b/c I am using the stock hoses..

I can reverse them back but it doesnt look right..

anyone know?

yea thats a good diagram.. I have the upper bypass hose connected to the top inlet on the thermostat housing, and then the other bypass hose connected to the lower inlet on the thermostat housing..

so basically does it matter which hose goes where on the inlet housing?

up, anyone? I just want to make sure I dont drive down the road, punch it, and end up with a coolant line loose spraying coolant everywhere lol..

Why don't you just hook it up like the diagram has it... whats so confusing?
