After having a lil fun last night, I go to press on the gas and it shakes like a mofo. Go to open the hood and can't really see anything to dark. I already ordered ES mounts so they will be here soon. I am pretty sure it was the tranny mount, I have never felt anything like it before. At idle if you rev it up it doesn't shake, While driving and press in the clutch and rev doesn't shake, but when driving and give it gas it vibrates the **** out of me, wheather at WOT or barely pressin it. Can some one confirm that is what it is. I have never had a mount go before.
I just had the same problem last week...I would stop driving the car. No vibration at idle or clutch in...only on accelration.
On friday my timing belt skipped 5 teeth at the crank causing some head damage...I was on my way to pick up some poly engine mounts. I think it was my rear mount. I'll know in a couple days. I wouldn't drive if I were you.
Its your Inner CV joints on one of your axles.. They shake like mad under acceleration. This is what was said over on honda tech. Does this sound right. Or is it a mount?

Hmm I'm not sure...I had just replaced my driver's side axle...but it had been fine for a while...it defintely isn't that...I think it was my rear mount..I'll know more in a couple days
Mine would on;y come after 3000 rpms or so and their was a metallic rattle as well as a lot of vibration....so that's why I would say it wasn't the axle
It could be either one of the two. Both make similar noises (motor mounts and cv joints.) I'd be careful though man, until you get it checked out at least. Stay outta the gas, and you should be okay till then.
