I need some info on JDM H22's for my 4th gen

Hey, this thread is somewhat related to my other thread about whether to go with a 5th gen or keep my 4th, well with all the input and good advice I decided to keep my SI 4th gen and a lot of the suggestions were to put in a jdm h22, well I know nothing about these engines or what else I would need to do to put one in. I'm totally clueless here so any help would be appreciated. I have a couple of specific questions however, how much are they usually and how much would it be to put in, I realize this is a guesstimate but it would help. How much of an increase over my h23? Do I need to do anything else to help my car take the new engine and power like with the tranny or anything? Also if I decided I wanted to sell mine right now and buy an S that has a better body than mine would anything change? sorry, I know this is a lot of questions, also anyone that has done this, tell me how it went and how you like it, was it worth the time and money?
