does tranny have to do with OBD I and II, 4th gen and 5th gen using same tranny or different?

In US 4th gens were made from 92-96
In Japant it was introduced in 91, in the US we still had the 3rd gen in 91.

yeah, he was asking when it starts and ends jdm wise...

so i stated "in US" years...not the years it was over here.

i.e someone asks How cold it is in japan right now using celisus?

i answer, "in F, ____"

i guess it could have been mixed up a little because of the wording
