newbie here need some suggestions.
I have 2 h23a1 heads that have less than 20K on them any suggestions on how much I should sell them for?
also will the cat back exhaust off of a 5th gen fit on a 4th gen?

Long story short I had bought a spare head on a trip to a local salvage yard just because the engine only had 18k original miles last year.
Then a month ago i bought a new motor off craigslist from a totaled car the guy had just ordered the motor from japan and installed it then totaled it out two weeks later. when he bought the motor it came with all accessories and a spare head that only had 14k miles on it according to the paperwork that came with it.

so now i have 2 spare heads and spare alternator, starter, intake manifold, power steering pump, dizzy, exhaust manifold etc

I'm wanting to put a CAI and catback, Rims etc on my car since its completely stock right now so just trying to figure out how much i can make off this stuff or what i can trade for etc.
