i have a ? concerning wheel fitment

i know the lug pattern for our 4th gen ludes are 4x114.3 but would a 225/40/17 tire fit on our ludes or will it rub? thanx!

it depends what offset you have.....what offset are your wheels?

but i think you still might have a little rubbing with that drop. The "best" tire size for our ludes is 215/40/17

I think it might actually rub in the rear , 215 would be the best way to go

thanx alot guys....also, what tires would u recommend that aren't too expensive but are real nice and grippy? I heard the paradas from yokohama are pretty nice but ne thing else? all comments are appreciated.. thanx

I think your fine with a 225 if you have enought offest with your wheels. +40 ofset with 215's is the same (roughly) as 225's with a +45 offset. Roughly because the sidewall is larger by 4mm.
