I finally need a new clutch!

Yep she help up good for 2 years of extreme hard driving, and all other 11 years of her life. I think its finally time to chage it out, its starting to shake and wobble when you let it out in 1st now.

I think Im pretty set on the JUN flywheel, what about the clutch.

I will be all motor, mostly DD, and road race car on weekend, and accasional drag event.

Think exedy will so. I may be a 230whp at most all motor.

opinions!

OT, but post when you get the flywheel put on, I was thinking about going JUN when I do my clutch.

I went with an ACT XACT Streetlite Flywheel. It's in the closest. It is listed as 11.9lbs and is chromoly steel like the JUN which is ~12lbs and also chromoly. ACT is cheaper; I got it for $234 shipped. For the clutch and 230WHP, might step up from the Exedy Orgranic. I'd do the cerammetallic or an ACT HDSS at least.

Might wanna give Fidanza/Clutch Masters flywheels a look. I've had mine for a while along with the Exedy Cerametallic and it's held up very well so far.

I bought an RPS Stage 3, 6 puck, sprung hub max clutch, as I was originally going to go turbo. Sold my turbo, but couldn't sell the clutch or flywheel, b/c I paid a lot for the clutch ($450), and wasn't willing to get ripped off selling it for the price of an ACT or Exedy. It was meant to handle severe amounts of hp & torque, but when my stock clutch failed, I had no choice but to install the RPS w/ Fidanza flywheel. It was one hell of a good choice. The clutch isn't very fun in gridlock traffic, but once you get used to the stiffness & the chatter, you actually end up preferring something that gives you that kind of performance & grip...or at least I did. I'd recommend RPS anyday, if you can spare the extra $. Let me know if you want to know more about RPS, or my setup.
