I definately need help with my brakes!

Uh ya i definately have a brake problem

Ya thats a picture of my rotor on the front passenger side. There is a loud grinding noise coming from that wheel when i brake and it makes a squeeling noise when moving when its not braking. Can anyone tell me what exactly is uo and what i have to do to fix it?

When was the last time you changed your pads? It sounds like your pads are shot, and, by the picture, your rotors are FUBAR'ed.

Definitely looks like the pads have worn down to the metal. All you need to do to check is to take the wheel off, turn the steering to full lock and look at the pad through the gap in the caliper. You would normally be able to see how much material is left on the pad, although I would guess that you won't find much!!

If I were you, I'd replace pads and rotors with new and not bother getting the rotors skimmed as they have taken a fair beating, judging by the pic.
