15.6 isn't that bad. It depends on the conditions when you run. At the local track I run about 15.9 in the winter, but I went July 3rd and couldn't do any better than a 16.1. If it's really humid and warm, you'll be slower than normal.
Don't feel bad, your're not slow, 15.6>15.9.
