eh, not necessarilly (sp?), I got water down there on my old H23, multiple times and its still going strong, over 200k. I'd say definately take off the distributor cap/dry out all the wires/get a box of q-tips (or tampons, dont ask, i'm creative ) and use some needle nose down in where your plugs are to dry it out. Also dry out all your battery terminal connections and make sure your CAI is dry. If there is no wet anywere (i'd leave it for a day or two in dry, if possible) and then pray and crank it.

Thanks alot guys, well everything is pretty much dry, I didn't dryout the distributor yet but, I have it all back together, and still nothing. My insurance said they will cover it so it is off to honda on monday. They will give me the same engine right, cause imma be a piss motherfudger if they put a weak ass S. Also if all this fails,a H22 will bolt right in right (usdm not Jdm) minus the vtec wire and oil pressure wires that have to be extended to the ecu? If I was to buy a H22 ECU would I be able to use the H22 wiring harness?A H23 tranny would work with the h22, how would this effect the drive?Sorry for the extra question, im just concerned. Thanks

Wow! I can't believe I've found a man who will not only use the word "tampon", but will use it in a post on a Prelude message board! I knew there were still some good ones left out there... (Plus I think it's a good idea)
