How you ever notice a distinct nosie from the h23 around 4000 rpm

Its almost like vtec but not as loud and its not like the engine is getting gradually louder as the rpm kick up but more like its loud then at 4500 rpms it get really loud.....

Do you have the stock intake on? If so you are probably hearing the secondary butterflies that open in the intake resonator to allow more air to enter the intake.

put a header on there and then it really hums at 4000
