I'm pretty sure the only difference there ever was was the rim style. The 92-93s' 7 spokes got replaced with lighter, directional 9 spokers in the 94-96 models.

Also....

Umm the vents next to the headlights also. I THINK the 93-93 have the vents with one "bar" going across, and the 94-96 have two bar thingys.

the front turn signals. 92-93 have the all orange. 94-96 have the semi clear/orange.

the mudguards. I THINK the 92-93 only have only the front mudgaurd. The 94-96 have front and back.

Again I'm not too sure on most of these.

94-96 got electroluminescent gauges and 92-93 didn't. we just got the ol' dull ones!

92 has the glove compartment in between the back seat. '93 up doesn't. And the hand brake is different also.

92-93 spoilers do not have LED in it. The 3rd brake light is mounted on the inside of the car.

I wouldn't really consider the mudguard a way of knowing the year of the car since I have a 92 and it has rear mudguard... I don't know if they came with it or not

Also I have all clear turn signal now but if it's orange you know it's a 92-93, I don't know a lot of people who would buy the all orange ones to replace the clear/orange

the 3rd brake light is a good way to know and the vent thing beside the headlight andof course the interior

The easiest two ways to tell are going to be the rims and the led brake light that only appears on the 94-96 models.

Is that true about the vents? I didn't know that. Someone post pics of the 94-96 vents.

The speaker grills in the dash are different. 92-93 it is all fabric stuff and on 94-96 there is plastic trim that goes around it.
