How to remove the rear seats?

Hey guys I know this is a really dumb question and I feel stupid for asking, but for the life of my I cannot figure out how to remove the rear seats!
Can someone give me the 411. Thanks!

P.S. It is because I am running speaker wire

When I ran my speaker wire, I folded down the back seat and took off the side panel, thereby running it behind the panel and out the top corner (passenger side) works pretty well.

There's 2 little clips under the leading edge of the lower cushion. Pull them out a bit and you can lift the cushions up and out. If you want to do what lovemylude95 did, just fold the backrest on the passenger side down and remove the side panel. If you need to run speaker wire down both sides, there's 2 bolts holding the driver's side backrest.
