I am talking about the rear door panel; the panel in the back by the back seats which has fabric on it stock.

1. Take out rear seats
2. Take out the one screw holding it down
3. Pull on panel, there are tabs holding it

There are two tabs on the bottom seats. Pull on them and that will remove the bottom portion. The upper portion is bolted in, so you'll have to unbolt it.

If I remember correctly, you won't have to remove the upper portion to remove the rear panels.
