How to remove front bumper?

Anyone know how...I did a search but couldn't find any specific information. Anyone know where I could find it or let me know how....thanx!

read the beginning of this FAQ it's for JDM headlight install, but the beginning shows you how to take off your front bumper. plus it has pics

JDM 1 Piece Headlight installation instructions (with pics!)

Hit a crazy pot hole and cracked my front bumper (stock)...I had another laying around so I'm slapping it on before it gets too cold to do so. Just glad I didn't get the car repainted over the summer.....otherwise I woulda been pissed.

6 bolts one behind each headlight and 2 on a black T looking thing through your bumper.
