how to remove armrest thiningy

u know that thing in the back seat i have a 93 but how do you get it out? ive taken both seats out and both skrews but it still wont come out. what do i need to do otherwise removing soundproofing will be a pain in the ....

Been awhile, but I think this was how it went...

Take out the rear seats, top and bottom (you can just flip the top half of the passenger side down instead). There are a couple screws on each side of the console, take those out. Then pull that little plastic thing off, it just snaps in, but it's kinda tight. I think there might have been a bolt or something hiding under there. There are also a few plastic clips, snaps, screws, whatever that you need to pull out somewhere in there. They're the plastic things with the wide flat heads that are stuck in the side of that console piece.
